6. GIFT CARD POLICY
- Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
- Gift cards may only be used toward eligible purchases on this website
- Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards are not the responsibility of the Company
- Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash
If a gift card is used to pay for a previous order through our manual application process, the customer is responsible for entering the correct order number at the time of gift card checkout.
7. OFFLINE PAYMENT & MANUAL PAYMENT APPLICATION
If a customer selects Offline Payment at checkout and later submits payment using a Gift Card:
- The gift card must match the original order total
- The correct order number must be provided
- Manual application may take up to 24 business hours
- Fulfillment does not begin until payment is confirmed
8. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping timelines, costs, and fulfillment procedures are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is marked as fulfilled, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Customer should purchase shipping insurance. We will not provide replacement or refunds for lost or undelivered parcels. No exceptions.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Refund Policy
