This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Gulf Coast Aminos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
We are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and laboratory-use materials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are sterile, temperature-sensitive, and intended strictly for research use, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except for verified purity issues outlined below.
No exceptions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Research materials
- Digital products
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards
2. Purity Guarantee – 99%+ Replacement Policy
We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our compounds.
If you have your product purity-tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and the results show a purity below 99%, we will:
✅ Replace the affected vial(s) at no cost
❌ Replacement only — no refunds
Requirements:
- Testing must be performed by an ISO-accredited (or equivalently certified) analytical laboratory
- You must provide a complete laboratory report, including:
- Compound name
- Batch/Lot number
- Test method
- Final results
- The claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- If verified, a replacement shipment will be issued at no charge
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We do not replace or refund orders that are:
- Lost in transit
- Marked as “Delivered” but not received
- Stolen after delivery
- Damaged during shipping
- Misdelivered by the carrier
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance at checkout to protect against carrier-related issues.
If no insurance is purchased, the customer assumes all shipping risk.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Forwarding services
- Carrier routing errors
- Delivery issues unrelated to our packaging or labeling
Customers are responsible for verifying accurate shipping information at checkout.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase.
- If an order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified
- We do not guarantee cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order enters fulfillment
6. Research Use Disclaimer
All products are sold strictly for:
- Laboratory research, development, and analytical purposes only
- Not for human or veterinary use
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for lawful handling and storage
- You assume all responsibility for the use of purchased materials
- No medical, therapeutic, or personal use is permitted
GIFT CARDS, OFFLINE PAYMENTS & DISPUTES
7. Digital Gift Cards – Final Sale
- All gift cards are digital e-gift cards delivered electronically
- Gift cards have no cash value
- All gift card sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable
- Gift cards may not be:
- Resold
- Transferred
- Exchanged for cash
- Lost, stolen, or deleted gift cards will not be replaced
Any chargeback or dispute filed on a delivered gift card will be treated as unauthorized abuse of our payment systemand formally contested.
8. Ordering Amount Errors & Typographical Mistakes (Limited Protection)
If you accidentally purchase a gift card for the wrong amount due to a checkout error:
- You must notify us at info@gulfcoastaminos.shop within 30 minutes of purchase
- If the gift card has NOT been redeemed, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Refund only the difference in the case of overpayment, or
- Assist in completing an underpayment before order processing
- Once a gift card has been:
- Redeemed
- Partially redeemed
- Or 30 minutes have passed
The transaction becomes final and non-refundable
This limited correction window exists solely to correct genuine checkout mistakes and may not be used to bypass dispute protections.
9. Offline Payment Orders Completed With Gift Cards
If you place an order using Offline Payment and later complete payment using a gift card:
- This constitutes a voluntary manual payment process
- Once the gift card is applied:
- The order is considered paid in full
- The transaction becomes final and non-reversible
- Any disputes filed after application will be formally contested using:
- Order confirmations
- IP logs
- Email delivery confirmation
- Customer-submitted order notes
10. Returns on Research Materials
Due to safety, contamination risk, sterility concerns, and regulatory restrictions, we do not accept returns on:
- Research-only compounds
- Opened or unopened vials
- Any laboratory materials once shipped
Once research materials leave our control, they cannot be returned under any circumstances.
11. Chargebacks, Disputes & Friendly Fraud
By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any transaction that complies with:

- Our Gift Card Policy
Friendly fraud includes, but is not limited to:
- Disputing a gift card after delivery
- Using a gift card and then disputing the original purchase
- Claiming unauthorized use after redemption
- Attempting refunds after redemption
Confirmed abuse may result in:
- Immediate forfeiture of all balances
- Permanent account restriction
- Evidence submission to:
- Payment processors
- Card networks
- Fraud-monitoring systems
12. Dispute Handling & Enforcement
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend fulfillment
- Cancel related orders
- Restrict customer accounts
- Submit transaction records, IP logs, and delivery confirmations to issuing banks and payment processors
Failure to contact us before initiating a dispute constitutes a violation of this policy.
13. Policy Abuse & Account Termination
We reserve the right to permanently restrict any customer account for:
- Excessive disputes
- Chargeback abuse
- Policy manipulation
- Fraudulent purchasing behavior
- Harassment or threats toward staff
